I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always willing to help out, even with arranging taxis for us. The location was fantastic, right on the seafront and opposite a tram stop, making it really convenient to explore the city. The hotel facilities were great, and I particularly liked the fact that there was a restaurant next door, making it easy and convenient to grab a meal. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of choices to suit different tastes. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

had to hire towels from them as none in room, breakfast was not a full english had sausge,egg and beans only dont like that, veiw from room was not beach view had roof view. very disapointed as was an 18th birthday weekend for my daughter not recommemed

I found the room very basic, very cold and it was very noisey. There were people coming and going all night and people ringing each other from outside their rooms. The music was very loud and so i had a really bad nights sleep and i went home early because of this as i went there to have a relaxing night but instead went home very tired and un relaxed. We were contenplaiting coming to this hotel for new year with our children but with what we experienced there is no way i would bring my children here. The staff were really nice though.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Blackpool. the location was perfect as it was right next to a tram stop, making it convenient to explore the area. Additionally, the hotel provided value for money with its affordable prices and the fact that breakfast was included. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, especially with the comfortable bedsheets. The staff were friendly and accommodating, as they quickly repaired a broken bunk bed in our room upon request. this hotel met all our requirements for a pleasant stay.

The bed was comfortable and the location was convenient. the hotel also had a breakfast included in the price.

The room was not clean and lacked basic amenities. We did not receive any toiletries or enough towels for the two of us.

There were no positive points to mention about this hotel, utterly disgusted about our entire stay at this hotel.

Toilet seats broken, no appropriate showering facilities, unable to get positive response from hotelier/owner. there was no clean towel service, no one cleaned the rooms, no changes of bedding, Having to queue for breakfast served only between 9.00 - 9.30am. very restricted in communicating with hotel staff due to lack language barriers.

the hotel is very good value-it is not what you would call modern needs plenty of work on it to bring it upto 5 star standard -but then we would be paying £200 for a theee day stay not £100 .
